Trustpilot giving you a bad reputation.
Just made a youtube vid on how to check if people are leaving bad reviews on trustpilot without you knowing it. It could be hurting your reputation if you don't manage these and you don't have a trustpilot account.

The power of timing split tests.
Just posted this on YouTube. Insane difference! https://youtube.com/shorts/ZlIjhlqDvaU?si=v6JJJOU3X00jvneX
Top 10 things to test to get your sign up form to 10%+ submit rate!
1. Always test the offer. It doesn't have to change but it could be wording or dollar off instead of % off. Dollar off starts working around $25 off. 2. Collect name or not. this is a good one as a lot of people don't like submitting their name 3. SMS mandatory or optional. 4. Get a bigger discount for SMS. This increases over all sign ups including email 5. Huge wording on the offer. Make it so obvious they read it before they can close it. 6. Timing split tests are a must. between 5-20 seconds. 7. If you don't use the micro commitment quiz then test something like "Do you want a discount?" then have Yes and No 8. Test the wording of the language on the no. Try "No thanks, I love paying full price". 9. Test inserting some wording around what they will receive. Something like "We only send NICHE related emails. Unsubscribe Anytime" 10. Grey out the X close button as much as possible or simply remove it and only have the No option.

@Jevish D In the pre purchase phase it is a conversion mechanism. In the post purchase phase it is an awareness mechanism. Qualifying interests and gathering a lot of zero party data in my opinion is just not necessary for the vast majority of ecom stores. Especially when the AOV is sub $500. When AOV is above $500 the volume is very low. So, you may want more high quality interactions and understanding of the customer. Hyper personalisation done at scale could work, but it's just not necessary IMO. It may move the needle slightly, but it isn't going to shift the way people buy. It may help with AOV lift. And faster repeat purchases when someone is in the new buying phase. The reality is it's a volume game. Stay top of mind. When the customer feels ready they will buy. The two are completely different IMO. They shouldn't be compared but used in conjunction and treated differently. It's not either or.

@Jevish D I’m sure it would.
Name VS No Name Pop UP
Try this split test on your pop up. Collect the first name or don't collect the first name and only the email. This could be a big winner if your potential customers are the type that don't like to submit their name to a business. Just did this for a client and the No Name converted at 12% in the last 7 days compared to 3% for the Name version!

Most stores treat email marketing like a dusty old coupon drawer. I treat it like the profit machine it actually is. Let’s unlock your hidden revenue.
