When to change your pop up? 🤔
So I was thinking if it’s not broken don’t fix it but is having the same pop up every month with just subtle AB testing tweaks ever a problem? Should you change it now and then to freshen it up? My email capture is working a dream right now so Iv got no reason to change it. The only thing it’s not productive is the sales but this could be due to lots of factors like my offer and my website. I’m hoping it’s going to create a sudden snowball effect so I’m just focusing on keeping the capture rate up for now!

Take your conversion rate. Imagine it’s 1%. Then You need to convert at least 100 people to the pop up before expecting a sale from it. Refreshing the pop up won’t make more sales. Unless the new offer is amazing. But incredible offers are quite hard to achieve in ecom unless you start giving away free products.

@Jason Harris also if you think about it this way. All the potential customers you send to your site with email marketing also has a chance to convert. So if your welcome flow does 100. Your browse abandon does 100 and your cart abandon does 100. At 1% conversion rate you’d expect 3 sales. Same with campaigns. It’s all traffic.

Seems decent! When numbers get bigger we'll have a better idea

I'm actually a tad confused as to why there are form submit rates in the campaign? You may have a different metric selected. Have a look at this screenshot and you can see "Placed Order" is the main metric used.
The last 7 days on my email capture continues to improve and at an all time high!
Super happy to get my email capture this high as it's never reached 10% before.

This is really excellent! I'd be tempted to send more traffic to see if it holds if budget allows it.
What's everyone working on?
I'm currently making my way through the Campaign Creation section of the training and looking forward to adding regular emails to my email marketing strategy.

Most stores treat email marketing like a dusty old coupon drawer. I treat it like the profit machine it actually is. Let’s unlock your hidden revenue.
