Thought I’d share this little 3D flyover of today’s run and a thought to kick off our week.
The best way to reach that big goal is to consistently get wins on little goals!
This run was my last of the weekend, my fastest and the final part to get me to my goal for the weekend which was running 45 miles.
While that’s still only 1/2 of what I’ll do in June it’s still the most I’ve ever done and moves me closer to the big goal.
