During our live classes we offer a quick one day nutrition challenge to keep lifestyle change fun. Upon completing, the participant earns the Wheel of Discipline badge. These fun quirky one day challenges build discipline and promote healthy but fast fat loss. Those members with the most badges show amazing health and wellness improvements.
