NimHub, Nimiq Hub slight name similarity

A good Samaritan called my attention to the similarity in the name of my project with the staking hub "Nimiq Hub." I find this surprising because I didn't do in-depth research on what names existed. I mean I know a couple of products but not all.

So here is what is bugging me: Will this disqualify me? Is there a way I could add a disclaimer to my work to help users and the community at large to understand NimHub is not Nimiq Hub and it's a project that's managed by nonmembers of the Nimiq team?

I need your advice.
