An introduction to commitments and reviews : Pods
A simple walkthrough of how commitments and reviews work in Pods:
Every task day starts with a Pod member creating a locked commitment, a public, permanent commitment visible to everyone in the Pod.
Before the day's countdown (set by the Pod admin) expires, the member must lock that commitment by submitting proof of work.
The admin then reviews the submission.
✅ If approved:
• The day's consistency is completed.
• The NIM allocated for that day becomes fully recoverable.
❌ If rejected or no proof is submitted before the deadline:
• The day's locked NIM slice is forfeited.
• That forfeited NIM is later redistributed to the members who stayed consistent.
Pods doesn't rely on reminders or trust, it aligns accountability with incentives.
