I started building Pods because I kept facing a problem: I had ideas I genuinely wanted to build, but I struggled to stay consistent and ship them. So I decided to build the solution I needed for myself. Pods combines an upfront Testnet NIM commitment, clear daily goals, proof of work, and a collaborative space where your teammates can follow the progress and keep each other accountable. The first Pods beta is now live on Nimiq Testnet at https://pods-nimiq-activity.up.railway.app. My hope is to make building feel less like a solo battle. You can create a Pod, bring your teammates together, define what you want to accomplish, share what you ship, and build consistently as a crew. I'm excited to announce that I will be fully launching SimplePGP later this week! The Android PlayStore , mini-app and Web version will be made available for all to use for free! The support on this project has been amazing so far and I can't wait to hear from everyone on launch day!

It's still early: I'm focused on the visuals and the logic right now, so it's not fully functional yet , but I wanted to show where the design is heading and get your eyes on it early. Quick reminder of the idea: book a fitness or wellness class near you and pay your coach directly in NIM. Two sides : clients who book a class, and coaches who host it and get paid.
