💚💚💚 START HERE: Welcome to the Mindset to Millions Collective! 🌟 Whether you’re closing your first deal or a seasoned wholesaler craving community, we’re in this together. Here, we grow mentally, financially, and personally—side by side. I’m thrilled you’re here! 🎉 Here's exactly what to do now that you're inside: Start by exploring the community 🥰 Step #1: Introduce Yourself Drop a quick post in the community. Keep it simple: -Where you’re from -Where you are on your wholesaling journey -Your first question or feedback No pressure to write a novel. We just want to know who you are so we can support you. 🫶 Next you can dive into the classroom 📚 Step #2: Start with "What is Wholesaling" (if you are just getting started) or simply start wherever feels right for you. Step #3: Mark your calendars for the next Live Class and/or Challenge (coming soon) Remember this community is not ALL about wholesaling real estate. It is also about leveling up in every aspect of your life! We're talking mentally, physically, AND financially! You can expect posts on fitness tips, mindset shift exercises, meditations, and a touch of spirituality--all aimed at helping you become the best version of yourself--inside and out!
Day 32 of the 45-Day Wholesaling Challenge
Hey team, we’re officially on Day 32 of our 45-day wholesaling challenge, and today we’re diving into one of the most vital skills: practicing negotiation. To get ahead, here’s a step-by-step approach you can use: Know Your “Why” – Be absolutely clear on what you want so your actions stay focused. Build Rapport – Start with a friendly, genuine connection; people do business with those they trust. Ask Open-Ended Questions – Let the seller share their situation fully. Understand Pain Points – Dig into what’s driving them—financial stress, life changes, etc. Stay Calm & Patient – Don’t rush; let them process each step. Offer Solutions – Tailor your options to meet their needs, not just yours. Know When to Walk Away – Be willing to step back if it’s not the right fit. To bring this to life, I recommend recording a quick video of yourself walking through these steps—maybe do a mini role-play, showing a calm, confident negotiation. Keep it simple, keep it relatable, and let’s keep pushing forward!

Day 31 of the 45-Day Wholesaling Challenge
Hey everyone! Today is Day 31 of our 45-day wholesaling challenge, and we’re honing in on a key skill: identifying motivated sellers. When we ask the right questions, we can uncover real opportunities. So, here’s a quick list of specific questions you can use: 1. Why are you thinking about selling your property now? 2. How quickly are you hoping to sell? 3. Have you tried selling before, and what happened? 4. Are there any challenges you’re facing with the home or the sale? 5. What would the ideal outcome look like for you? 6. Is there a timeline you need to meet due to life changes or financial reasons? 7. What’s the biggest thing holding you back from making a decision? Keep it conversational and build trust—your goal is to listen closely and let their answers guide the next steps. Let’s go make some calls.
