My why is time and freedom. I grew up watching my mom work 2–3 jobs just to make ends meet, even juggling payday loans to stay afloat. My dad wasn’t in my life, so I saw firsthand what struggle looks like. I don’t want that for my family. I want to be present, not just provide. I’m building financial freedom so my boys can grow up with stability, opportunity, and a legacy they can follow. This is for the guys! 🤞🏾💙

If you’re heading to the gym today, try this simple full-body workout. These are basic movements you’ll find equipment for at almost any gym. Workout (3 sets each): 1️⃣ Dumbbell Squats – 12 repsGreat for legs and glutes. 2️⃣ Dumbbell Bench Press – 10–12 repsChest, shoulders, and triceps. 3️⃣ Lat Pulldowns – 10–12 repsTargets your back and improves posture. 4️⃣ Dumbbell Shoulder Press – 10 repsBuilds shoulder strength. 5️⃣ Walking Lunges with Dumbbells – 10 reps each legLegs, glutes, and balance. 6️⃣ Cable Rows – 10–12 repsStrengthens your back and core. 7️⃣ Plank Hold – 30–45 secondsCore strength and stability. 🔥 Beginner Option:If you’re just starting out, no pressure. For me it’s locking up a deal at the right price so there’s still room for the buyer and making sure the numbers make sense. Also building a solid buyers list so deals move quickly.
