Worse season ever
I have not been so Active because of school..anyway now It Is over ...
This long course competions are litterally kiling me. On each competition I get litterally worse than the One before..
How Is It possibile? I train, I visualize, I eat drink and rest ... I even take private swim lesson...
I can t stand to get info the water and be out disappointed.... What Is happening ???
I have my last chance for National during regional competitions but I am so sad... I try tò keep positive ...
