Regional qualifications

I finally reached a Pb swimming 200 IM which I was not supposed tò swim (My Trainer switched 200 br with 200 IM by mistake) . Finally after so much Plateau I did something and was happy..but 100 br ...bad again ( +1sec my Pb) probably there was a mistake in the time counting ? My time came After a while ...

Anyway I got qualified for regionale competition (100 and 50 br, 200 and 400 IM). I am strongly try not to identify with the results and looking tò long term results but It Is hard when there Is no social fun in the team either now.... Sad!
