Last weekend I had a competition at Winterthur LC. My races were:
100m Breaststroke, Freestyle, Backstroke
50m Breaststroke, Freestyle, Backstroke, and Butterfly
The 100m Breaststroke was my best race because my technique was good and I felt comfortable in the water. I also got a good feedback from my coach. 1:39.56
The 50m Backstroke wasn't so good. I neglected shoulder rotation and head position. I lost focus in the last two races on the second day of competition (it was a tough weekend). 44.66
Goals:
- Focus on my backstroke technique
- Improve my fly kick
- Train with more focus and push myself to the limit (when required)
