ACTION STEP THIS WEEK (Extra focus on recovery!!)
1. You decide the time when you're gonna finish a Skool post and then put your phone away for the rest of the evening.
2. Sleep earlier or do something fun without your phone (whatever you want!).
3. Observe your energy levels during the week. any changes?
Daily Skool post:-> Be creative. State what you did for recovery and if you're following through on what you said you were gonna do.
