Awareness is where change begins.
Your thoughts create emotions, and your emotions influence the choices you make every day. When you’re constantly thinking thoughts of fear, lack, or self doubt, your body starts to feel those emotions, and over time, those patterns can shape your reality. The beautiful thing is that you don’t have to believe every thought that enters your mind. The moment you notice what you’re thinking and how it’s making you feel, you create space to choose something different. A new thought leads to a different emotion, and different emotions lead to different actions. Pay attention today. What stories are you repeating? Hello Everyone!! I’m really grateful you’re here! 🩵 I created this space because having like minded people around me changed my life. Along my own journey, I’ve learned so much through breathwork, mindset shifts, healing, conversations, and being around people who were willing to grow, question things, and become more of who they truly are. I wanted one place where we could come together, learn, support each other, and just be real! This community is here to help you reconnect with yourself through the breath, awareness, growth, and honest conversation. There’s no pressure to be perfect here. Just come as you are! 🦚 🌿 Inside this community you’ll find: • Weekly Sunday morning live breath meditations with replays! • Different breathing techniques and practices • Guidance, tools, and teachings that have helped me on my own journey (check that out in the classroom section!) • Future courses and deeper content as this grows • A space to connect with others who are also awakening and evolving The Sunday Breath Meditations are simple 20-30 minute sessions to help you slow down, reconnect, calm the mind, and build a stronger relationship with your breath and yourself. The Way You Start Your Morning Is The Way You Live Your Life!
Before you reach for your phone in the morning, give yourself a moment first. Sit up. Breathe. Come back to your heart. Even just a few minutes to slow down, notice your breath, and bring in a little gratitude can shift how your whole day feels. This isn’t extra. It’s necessary if you want to feel grounded and clear instead of reactive and rushed. I’ll be honest, I used to struggle staying consistent with this. It felt easy to skip when I didn’t have a space that felt right. So I created one in my home, and it changed everything. Now it’s something I actually look forward to. You don’t need a perfect setup, but you do need intention. Start your day with you before the world gets access to you!
