Does anyone else yawn a lot while doing breathwork?

The Way You Start Your Morning Is The Way You Live Your Life!
Before you reach for your phone in the morning, give yourself a moment first. Sit up. Breathe. Come back to your heart. Even just a few minutes to slow down, notice your breath, and bring in a little gratitude can shift how your whole day feels. This isn’t extra. It’s necessary if you want to feel grounded and clear instead of reactive and rushed. I’ll be honest, I used to struggle staying consistent with this. It felt easy to skip when I didn’t have a space that felt right. So I created one in my home, and it changed everything. Now it’s something I actually look forward to. You don’t need a perfect setup, but you do need intention. Start your day with you before the world gets access to you!

I started doing deep breathing with light stretching when I wake up and it's made a huge difference in my day to day. If I don't get to do it I can definitely feel a difference.
