This morning, I needed a little extra energy, so we practiced a few simple techniques together. 💨 Stacked Breaths 💨 Deep Energizing Breaths w/a hold at the end Before we started, we took a moment to simply notice our breath and check in with our bodies. Then we brought in gratitude. We finished the same way. Why? Because your thoughts matter. When you intentionally focus on something you’re grateful for while breathing slowly and mindfully, you begin shifting your attention away from stress and toward what is already good in your life.
