🌬️ More Than Just Breathing
One of the biggest reasons I love Conscious Connected Breathwork is because it gives your body permission to let go. We all carry things. Stress. Old emotions. Tension. Experiences we never fully processed. Whether you think of it as stuck energy, trapped emotions, or simply tension stored in the body, it all has one thing in common. It weighs us down. 🌬️ During Conscious Connected Breathwork, you’re not forcing anything to happen. You’re creating the space for your body to do what it already knows how to do. As you continue breathing, things can begin to rise to the surface. Sometimes it’s emotion. Sometimes it’s memories. Sometimes it’s physical sensations. Sometimes it’s simply a feeling of relief. Instead of pushing it away… 💙 You allow yourself to feel it. 💙 You acknowledge it. 💙 You release it. And every time you do, you create a little more space for peace, clarity, joy, and alignment. That’s why so many people leave a session saying… ✨ “I feel lighter.” ✨ “I feel like myself again.” ✨ “I didn’t even realize I was carrying all of that.” The breath is powerful. ✨Group Zoom Breathwork Tonight✨
Hey everyone! Just a quick reminder that our first Conscious Connected Breathwork session on Zoom is tonight at 6:30 p.m. EST (New York time) 🕡 This will be a 1-hour session to help you reconnect, release, and realign through the power of your breath. 📅 How to Join: Go into the calendar, click on today’s date, and then select the event to join the Zoom session. 📄 Waiver: If you haven’t signed the waiver yet, please make sure to do that before joining the session. 👉 [Sign waiver here!] 🎥 Important for new participants: If this is your first time doing breathwork with me (or any active breathing technique), please set your camera in a spot where I can see you during the session — this helps me hold space and guide you safely. 🧘‍♀️ What to Have Ready: - A safe space where you can lie down flat with your camera on you - Some water (for before and after) - An eye mask (optional, helps you go deeper and tune in) - Try not to eat at least 2 hours before the session - Come with an open mind and an open heart 💫 I’m so excited to breathe with you all tonight!
