One of the biggest reasons I love Conscious Connected Breathwork is because it gives your body permission to let go. We all carry things.
Stress. Old emotions. Tension. Experiences we never fully processed.
Whether you think of it as stuck energy, trapped emotions, or simply tension stored in the body, it all has one thing in common. It weighs us down.
🌬️ During Conscious Connected Breathwork, you’re not forcing anything to happen. You’re creating the space for your body to do what it already knows how to do.
As you continue breathing, things can begin to rise to the surface. Sometimes it’s emotion. Sometimes it’s memories. Sometimes it’s physical sensations. Sometimes it’s simply a feeling of relief.
