One of the biggest nutrition myths that refuses to die is that carbs are the problem. The truth is: Carbs are not the enemy. Your body actually prefers carbohydrates as a fuel source for many activities. Walking. Running. Lifting. Sports. Daily life. The problem is usually not carbohydrates. The problem is often: - eating too much overall - highly processed foods - lack of protein - lack of consistency A potato didn’t make anyone overweight. An apple didn’t make anyone unhealthy. Rice isn’t ruining your progress. Nutrition gets a lot easier when we stop labeling foods as “good” and “bad” and start looking at the bigger picture. Why Protein Changes Everything
A lot of people think protein is only important if you are trying to become a bodybuilder. That is not true at all. Protein matters for almost everyone. It helps: - support muscle - improve recovery - keep you fuller longer - support performance - help maintain lean tissue while losing weight And honestly, one of the biggest things I notice with people struggling with nutrition is this: They are usually not eating too much food… They are under-eating protein and over-consuming foods that do not satisfy them for very long. So they stay hungry. They snack constantly. They crave more food. And they feel like they have no willpower. Protein changes that. It gives your body something meaningful to work with. That does not mean your nutrition has to be perfect. But becoming more intentional with protein intake can completely change: - hunger - recovery - energy - body composition - consistency So simple question today: Do you think you are currently eating enough protein for your goals?

You Can’t Outrun Your Fork
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that training and nutrition are partners. You can work incredibly hard in the gym.
