Why Most People Lose Confidence
Most people do not lose confidence because they are incapable. They lose confidence because they stop trusting themselves. They say they are going to: - work out - eat better - get more sleep - stop making excuses And then they do not follow through. After enough broken promises, people stop believing themselves. That is why confidence is not built by thinking differently. It is built by keeping your word. Start small. Drink more water. Go for the walk. Get the workout done. Go to bed earlier. The goal is not to impress anyone. The goal is to rebuild trust with yourself. So simple question: Where do you break your word to yourself the most right now?
