Small Town Analysis Help!
Let me know if anyone has experience in evaluating whether a small town you live in can support an iMTR. (Sioux Center IA, think like 10k size, but thriving family based community) Please ping me if you'd like to coach me through this! Thanks!
I'm trying to determine what the possible success is of doing something local, how to evaluate based on basically no other relative MTR data, and if and when I should just move onto researching larger cities that are further away... i.e. Sioux Falls SD, Omaha NE. Also could use help on evaluating these larger two cities as well!
