Hey Vetted Homes family I wanted to share this accomplishment with all of you. In just 3 months I’ve achieved the goal of becoming a SuperHost on AirBnB and the property is listed first when searching for rentals in my city. I wanted to thank Vetting Homes for all their encouragement and the IMTR blueprint.

I just got a 3 week extension!

Excited to share our sweet family of seven has extended thru 11/11 with the likelihood of 12/11. Appreciate the opportunity to continue serving them thru the holidays. Also extremely grateful to be in ALE’s database as “pre-approved” by USAA! We were able to share our first lead with the community this week. Double win!! 🔥 🎸🙏🏻

1. My first tenants gave me a 5 star review on Airbnb!!! 2. My 2nd tenants moved in on Monday for a minimum 33 day stay through Airbnb (Alacrity Insurance).
