Possible 102 day booking!!

I just received a request for a 102 day booking for a couple in my area who has sold their house and needs an in between. They want a walkthrough before completing the booking; however, I have a current tenant through July 30. My current tenant is an insurance claim for water damage. What am I to do? First of all, PRAISE GOD for all the interest in my new iMTR. Secondly, I can't give them a walkthrough and not sure how to send them a video walkthrough that I took before the current tenant moved in. It's on AirBnB. How can I send them my contact info so that I can send them the video? Happy Independence Day!!! America 250!!
