Happy Wednesday! Could I get some advice for these property’s ?
I know the builder seller of these properties and want to know if three houses in the same neighborhood is to many for our insurance model… also here’s the link to the properties… I’m a little concerned that these look to close to town houses… will that affect the insurance model ? https://www.realtracs.com/listings/6490702/address/4024-university-ave-%23a-old-hickory-tn-37138
