Just got contacted about a family needing a three bed two bath or smaller in Crossville area. Unfortunately, I don’t have any properties in that area to help them. Does anyone?

I’m reading that the county requires businesses within the city to have a business license and short-term rentals to have a business license. Do we need that since we’re not technically a short-term rental?
