Another one closed Thursday. 4, 2.5 bath and before getting fully set up, or listed we secured a signed 6 mo corporate relocation lease.
One thing I’ve learned… people don’t just rent a house, they rent the experience.

@Shayler and Dominique McCarthy are heading out to Okc next week to do their thing and turn another property into a place people actually want to live in.
