FULLY REMOTE District Manager in Training opportunity. Candidates must be located in Michigan, Illinois, or Wisconsin. Light travel required (4–8 days/month). Base salary $45K–$50K + bonus potential, 401(k), Anthem insurance with 70% employer contribution, and 15 days PTO first year.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is truly hungry for growth and wants to fast-track their way into leadership within the manufactured housing industry. This is not a stagnant role where you’ll do the same thing every day. You’ll work directly alongside leadership supporting operations, projects, marketing initiatives, planning, reporting, home orders/permitting, and higher-level strategy while learning the business from the inside out.

The right person for this role is highly organized, adaptable, boots-on-the-ground, motivated, and genuinely excited to grow into a District Manager-level leadership role in the near future. Previous Community Manager experience is highly preferred, and infill experience is a huge plus.
