Intro
Hi all — happy to be part of the group. I wear a few hats: practicing attorney, mobile home park investor, and owner of a title company. My niche is mobile home title and eviction work, so if you've ever dealt with a missing title, a problem tenant, or a messy closing on a park deal, that's the world I live in. Always glad to talk shop or share what I've learned navigating these issues. Looking forward to getting to know everyone.

Welcome to the group! 👏 Your background and experience sound incredibly valuable, especially in areas that so many people in this industry run into but don’t always fully understand until they’re in the middle of it. The combination of legal, title, and investment experience is a huge asset to this space. Looking forward to learning from your insights and having you as part of the community!
Why should I pay that price for a "mobile home"? - Overcoming Objections Series
This one is preventable if you do a great enough job up front with the buyer and their understanding of how our homes are built. We will tackle all of that in other videos. @Savannah Jimenez mentioned this objection a couple weeks ago when we requested objections to overcome for you. Make sure youre sharing this post and this community page with all of your network of people in the business. A great reminder that the best way to overcome objections is to build trust and educate early in the process rather than waiting until the end of the sale.
Closing Success from a Law Perspective
Watch this video to see how closing deals and listings work within the legal side of things. What did you learn? What did you already know? What would you change about what he said, how he said it, what may have seemed incorrect? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vJADM7zx-28

I liked the emphasis on staying proactive throughout the transaction instead of waiting until the last minute to solve issues. That is something I’ve seen make a huge difference in keeping deals together and building trust with clients!
MHI: Manufactured Home Financing
I hope you've been able to read the articles we've been posting for this month's theme of Financing and Working Deals. Even if you already know all of this information, it's important to refresh your memory and become confident in your knowledge. Today's article explains to buyers important factors such as interest rates and having goals when becoming an MH homeowner. https://www.manufacturedhousing.org/news/manufactured-home-financing/ Today's Discussion: It's crucial to see the home-buying process from the perspective of the buyer. Why do you think that is?

This isn’t just a transaction it’s one of the biggest emotional and financial decisions they’ll ever make. If we only look at it from the seller or industry side, we miss what’s actually driving hesitation: fear, uncertainty, and trust, etc.
