I left my role as a GM of a retail dealership, Titan Factory Direct in San Antonio, TX, making well over $650K per year to launch MH Sales Mastery. My wife, @Marisa Flores- Mascorro was not to thrilled with that decision but she knew it was coming. For years, I wanted to make an impact and create change in the industry with regard to how the sales force within it operates. We set out to revolutionize the industry and I think we have done a great job of that over the last 3 years and there is SO MUCH MORE TO DO! I would change the attitude towards those who come in without land or have bad credit. Bottom line is that they are already in the mindset that they can't afford a "real house" and they are often times already in a financial bind...I wish we made this more of a one stop shop to better their lives by offering credit repair in house...down payment assistance maybe...or even had retail lots that had their own contracting company and not venders so that we could keep costs lower for utility work and not price people out of homes because they need 25-40k in improvements. I wish we could take every applicant and give them hope without judgment and show respect despite circumstances. Be a light in their dark tunnel.
