In this day and age of social media and fake people pretending to do things they really arent doing, there is real fatigue from the buyers out there.

Too many sales consultants out there are simply posting about the "LOT MODEL

that "MUST GO" and that's why it's "$20,000 off!"....STOP!

What people are responding to is REAL PEOPLE. Buyers are responding to (buying homes from) those that are being real on their social media. There are those sales consultants that are showing behind the scenes what goes on every day, they are educating buyers about what it takes to buy a home, they are sharing information about what is going to save them money.

THOSE SALES CONSULTANTS ARE WINNING!
