If you’re an experienced Community Manager in manufactured housing and looking for your next opportunity, this could be the role you’ve been waiting for.
We’re partnering with one of our clients to find a leader who can oversee daily community operations while driving occupancy through sales and leasing.
What You’ll Receive
• $50,000 base salary
• Sales & leasing commissions
• Quarterly & annual bonus program (up to $9,000 annually)
• On-site housing available

What We’re Looking For
✔️ 5+ years of Community Manager experience
✔️ Manufactured housing experience preferred
✔️ Strong sales and leasing background
✔️ Budgeting and P&L experience
✔️ Passion for resident satisfaction and community operations
