Hi all — happy to be part of the group. I wear a few hats: practicing attorney, mobile home park investor, and owner of a title company. My niche is mobile home title and eviction work, so if you've ever dealt with a missing title, a problem tenant, or a messy closing on a park deal, that's the world I live in.
