The inside false reap. Something I like doing as I don't like the feeling of being 'stuck' in typical false reap scenarios. Inside false reap feels less forceful and feels a little smoother!
The kneeshield passing strategies. Some of you may know that I recently had knee surgery. I had to protect my right knee and adapt my style and techniques to accommodate the scenario. The sprawl I have done for years now. The second and third techniques I developed whilst recently being injured and having to adapt.
