Ep3. Quadrant Style Passing
This was one of the smaller (in participants) and shorter (duration) Sunday sessions. 4 days prior I had displaced my meniscus and was not feeling the greatest in regards to my movements. There is no rest for my mission in this however. I ran the session and it's probably one of my more important sessions. Quadrant style passing is something I have not heard anyone else use. It's how I tackle the trickiest of guards (conceptually). Due to so many of the boys missing this Episode and since hard launching Method In Chaos last week. I've decided to put this episode up for free. Hope everyone enjoys it :)

Underhook side RNC with Grip fight details
I much prefer the choking side usually in nogi as I back take on the near side of turtle usually or knee wedge. Underhook side stems from chair sit like motions typically :)

3 more technique requests!
@Cam Brown ill post the grip fighting to rnc today. @Ryan Borysko unfortunately I wasn’t happy with how the false real defence turned out so I’ll redo that tomorrow for you. anyway, hit me up with more requests for techniques and I’ll do 3 more this week for you :) Episode 16 and 17 are out and 18 is being edited currently. Once again, thank you everyone for the support as always 🫶🏽
Any techniques??
Hey team - opened up another tab to take away from the clutter in general. I’ve got 2 episodes to and 3 techniques to edit still. In the meantime, are there any techniques anyone would like to see or does anyone have any questions I can help them with? Cheers
Episode 16 & 17
Currently editing episode 16 and 17. 16 is a little shorter as there was an injury to attend too. @Jayden Chelkowski is totally fine. He’s just dramatic. 17 is possibly the best episode we’ve done yet! Big excite!!!
