Ep3. Quadrant Style Passing
This was one of the smaller (in participants) and shorter (duration) Sunday sessions. 4 days prior I had displaced my meniscus and was not feeling the greatest in regards to my movements. There is no rest for my mission in this however. I ran the session and it's probably one of my more important sessions. Quadrant style passing is something I have not heard anyone else use. It's how I tackle the trickiest of guards (conceptually). Due to so many of the boys missing this Episode and since hard launching Method In Chaos last week. I've decided to put this episode up for free. Hope everyone enjoys it :)

Injuries have silver linings and can be a blessing in disguise. I often tell the students that being on your knees whilst passing can be tough because there are so many different off balances and attacks the guarder can do. This has been one of the stamples over the last 5 months since my knee surgery! Hope you enjoy it as much as I have been. (Yes it is a crank as well as a choke)
