Butterfly half leg entries if opponent on top doesn't allow you to get the cross body frame under the arm pit to redirect.

@Mikael Yahaya yeah that would be good too if you can't load them up. But more if they are putting pressure and keeping elbows in so I cant make space to got my hand to frame

Choi bar entries from z guard or butterfly half...ad in some detail if they are already grabbing your head or looking to cross face
Luc's request
A really good roll between Martin and Luc. Luc applied an aggressive strategy which work against cardio king Martin. @Luc Trinder @Martin Haniff Iskandar Sargeant

Ep3. Quadrant Style Passing
This was one of the smaller (in participants) and shorter (duration) Sunday sessions. 4 days prior I had displaced my meniscus and was not feeling the greatest in regards to my movements. There is no rest for my mission in this however. I ran the session and it's probably one of my more important sessions. Quadrant style passing is something I have not heard anyone else use. It's how I tackle the trickiest of guards (conceptually). Due to so many of the boys missing this Episode and since hard launching Method In Chaos last week. I've decided to put this episode up for free. Hope everyone enjoys it :)

You know I apply the quadrant methodology for sweeps alot too. I feel like one of the strongest positions in this is shin pinning, really make the bottom player use big reactions
Inside Ashi Escape
This is totally one of the hardest positions to escape from. If you are not proficient in regular heelhook escapes and defusals (slipping the heel etc...) you will most likely get tapped a lot more than escape. But, this is the best I got for you Thanks for the request @Jordan Rozman
