This is totally one of the hardest positions to escape from. If you are not proficient in regular heelhook escapes and defusals (slipping the heel etc...) you will most likely get tapped a lot more than escape. But, this is the best I got for you Thanks for the request @Jordan Rozman

I was meant to post this around lunch time today but I was having too much fun tapping @Jake McCombe. Please suggest some techniques and I’ll film them over the next few days.

This is probably my all time favourite pass as I use it in both Gi and Nogi. Both very applicable in regards to its strategy and control. I've clearly taught this many times as I didn't have to edit the video (just add captions) and only needed one take to communicate (hopefully enough) how to do the over unders.
