Hello everyone! I have been hard at work getting ready to launch the Workflows & SOPs Design Sprint on Tuesday. You can see I've set three hours for this sprint, but I expect it will be much shorter in the first week. As always, the calls are recorded and will be accessible to members once complete. I'm designing this sprint as a four-week challenge-type engagement that's easy to add to your current workload. We're taking our time so we can learn good habits and put a lot of thought into the 'hows and the whys' to build a system that sticks (and that our teams will use).
In this first week, we will cover how to choose a workflow, common mistakes to avoid when choosing one, and how to define the boundaries of a workflow that will be translated into an SOP. If you've tried to create SOPs before and they never seemed to work, many of the things I will cover in this session will provide AHA! moments as to why.
🤔 Question for you:
I am considering creating AI helpers as a value-add for this process. I'm curious, is that something you'd use? Check out the poll below and let me know.
