Here’s a mathematical breakdown of the numbers needed to achieve peak male-attractiveness! 💪
According to the calculations revealed in Leonardo Da Vinci’s iconic Vitruvian Man model, as well as other research-based findings on human anatomy and mate-attraction, the markers necessary to achieve peak male attractiveness have been identified and categorized into two camps:
- The V-taper (upper body mastery)
- X-frame (upper and lower body mastery)
Whether your goal is looks-maxing, or simply to look great naked, use these standards as the ultimate guidelines for crafting your dream physique:
- Shoulders that measure 1.6x the waist
- Chest that measures 1.4x the waist
- Arms that measure 0.5x the waist
- Thighs that measure 1.75x the knees
- Calves that measure 1:1 to flexed arms
From a visual stand-point, this presents as:
- Broad shoulders, with a flat chest that’s firm like armored-plates
- Well-developed biceps that are equal or close in size to your triceps
- Well-sculpted abs and obliques
- Equally-defined calves and hamstrings that match (are proportionate to) the upper body
- A body-fat percentage between 10-15%
🔥 To achieve the V-taper look, simply master the upper body metrics.
🔥 For the X-frame look, you’ll need to master all of the above!
I worked years to build my X-frame, and it was time well-spent.
Maximizing my fitness not only changed my physical appearance, it completely re-wired my mental self-worth, my confidence, my focus on my goals, and my desire to be completely optimistic about living my life every single day 💯
Take this information and build the life you want, one hard day at a time.
Best of fortune, gentlemen 🫡
