It’s something I wish someone told me when I first started.
Here it goes...
Perfection is the death of progress.
Here’s what I mean,
When you first start it’s easy to become paralyzed. It’s called paralysis of over analysis.
You do tons of research because you want the best program for best results.
I have news for you, the”best” doesn’t exist.
There’s not a “best” supplement or “best” workout program. There’s also not the “best” diet.
If you resonate and are still reading then this is what I want you to do.
The most powerful tool you can have for making progress is momentum.
Take action immediately. If you’ve become paralyzed then I want you to go for a walk today. Start small and improve over time.
As you build momentum it will be easier to learn what you need to do. It will be easier to course correct. It will be easier to learn what you need to improve.
Don’t fall victim to paralysis of over analysis. This is literally what’s killing your results and quality of life.
When I first started out I got started with what I had.
It was imperfect and sometimes I felt like what I was doing wasn’t the best, but I kept on.
Overtime I met the right people who took my momentum and pressurize it into diamonds.
If I didn’t take imperfect action I wouldn’t be where I am today.
Today’s takeaway is to bloom where you’re planted and don’t become complacent.
Allow yourself to make mistakes (many mistakes) until you grow and evolve.
This will help accelerate what you’re already doing and guide you to the right person who can help you.
That’s what I did and it worked.
I hope this message helps one person today who’s struggling. You can do this.
