Insight Practice (Level 2)
Today we looked directly at thoughts.
We settled the body first, then let thoughts arise and investigated:
- Where is it?
- Does it have shape?
- Where does it come from and go?
What you may have noticed:
You can’t really find a thought.
No clear location. No solid form. Just appearing and disappearing.
Awareness stays the same in the background.
If it felt hard to isolate thoughts, that’s normal.
This is a different approach — letting thoughts come up so you can see through them.
Goal:
See thoughts clearly enough that you don’t automatically believe them.
Tomorrow: working with emotions.
What did you notice when you looked at a thought? 👀
