This is a simple guided meditation that invites you to relax into a deep sense of trust and form a positive intention to practice meditation.
In the practice we focus your attention on the breath and the breathing body.
We then had a shift to be aware of the aliveness of the body and to relax into that aliveness and to relax into a great sensation of trust.
You can use this meditation to increase your focus in between meetings or throughout your day, or if you just have a very busy mind.
This is a great foundational meditation to help you calm your body, increase your focus, and come back to a centered place.
