Great spot today for an emotional release meditation today:
Was able to really feel the emotions today and was very painful , but wanted to do it and release whats suffocating me inside.
Was able to start crying and feel a lot of anger which was good.
Learning from to continue to be less reactive and more so just experiencing, listening, watching, leading with love and compassion ❤️ ⬇️ What’s your favorite type of meditation these days? 🧘♂️
