Allow me to introduce myself...

Hello! My name is Felix. I am a Real Estate Broker in Pensacola, FL. I got my start in real estate as an agent. Then a teammate from high school told me about Max Maxwell. After watching a few videos I went to work on wholesaling. After a few wholesales I was able to takedown flips on my own and keep some as investments. Now, I own my real estate brokerage and property management company. Day to day is not easy, but would say it is worth it! I'm all about having partnerships so hoping to connect with people and partner up on somethings!
