@Justin Robinson my quick tips: File your business entity with your state by paying them $200 and 24 hours later, it's done and dusted. Show the universe that you're SERIOUS about making this your BUSINESS, not some hobby or side hustle. https://www.llcuniversity.com/alabama-llc/ Stop spending time "looking for properties". Focus on looking for buyers, FIRST. https://www.skool.com/maxmaxwell/how-to-5-ways-to-find-real-cash-buyers-in-your-area-quickly-for-free Once you have ~ 20-25 real cash buyers on your list and you know what they want, and you know where they're buying, and you know how much they will pay for a contract, NOW you can start looking for sellers.
