Which cold calling systems are you guys using? Please give me a like, thanks.

Hello Everyone, I'm from Los Angeles, California. I'm new to real estate wholesaling. I know about real estate because my father was a general contractor and bought and sold real property as part of his business. He also owned rentals. He learned creative financing and used seller financing to do deals. I never followed his path in this kind of business but I want to now. So I hope to be successful like he was. I skipped trace a list of potential sellers in my area and a good amount of people have a “no call” placed on their account. Do you guys still call the sellers? I want to respect people’s boundaries and I also don’t know if it’s illegal to call people who don’t want to be called. How have you guys gone about this?
