How much cold calling?
For all of the solo part-time wholesalers that have regular 9-5 jobs, how many hours a day/week do you cold call leads?

@Priscille Diwa that’s basically what I’ve been attempting lately. I was able to do one hour today while I had downtime in the semi truck.

@Bradley Ferguson that was basically my cold calling schedule at my old job. It end up getting me my first and only deal. Kind of been regretting leaving that old job with that consistent schedule because I haven’t been anywhere close to acquiring a new deal since.

When you text blast, do you use truepeoplesearch to skip trace your numbers? And if so do you just text all the numbers provided?

I use Batch. Only text what appears to be mobile numbers.
