Hello! My name is Felix. I am a Real Estate Broker in Pensacola, FL. I got my start in real estate as an agent. Then a teammate from high school told me about Max Maxwell. After watching a few videos I went to work on wholesaling. After a few wholesales I was able to takedown flips on my own and keep some as investments. Now, I own my real estate brokerage and property management company. Day to day is not easy, but would say it is worth it!
