Laboratories for Blood Work?

Very soon, I plan to have extensive bloodwork done. In the past, I've ordered my laboratory tests online through ULTA Labs and Dr. Says. Tests can be ordered on a self-pay basis without a doctor's note. The prices offered on these two platforms appear to be the most cost effective when compared to Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp prices.
Maurice - Do you know of any other online laboratory test sites that I should consider? I plan to order very extensive bloodwork so the total cost could possibly range in the $400-$500 range.
To Members of Maurice's Course - Please offer your input as well. Would love to learn about other resources that you may have used yourselves. I've compiled a spreadsheet with a long list of tests and the prices offered by ULTA Labs and Dr. Says. Would be great if we could create a more extensive worksheet and share it with all members so they can utilize it when it comes time to order bloodwork. Looking forward to this collaboration.
