losing my cool with these guys. They make you download an app installer that is buggy and does not let you log in to your account let alone download your products. Then when you go look for a Support email THEY DON'T HAVE ONE. Yeah, they have the support page that answers absolutely no relevant questions but on top of that, if you go to message them on Instagram about an issue or on a post they flag you for spam. I almost lost my Instagram account because they flagged my question rather than answering it. And if you go to their IG you'll find countless people asking for support to the point some comments are turned off or there are post with no comments bc they're monitoring them. This is ridiculous.. I'm tempted to spam their Twitter bc free speech S/O Elon.

Has anyone else had issues with accessing/ logging into your accounts/products lately?
