Hi everyone, I'm helping my son look for a job in the industry and we're curious about how to approach that and where to look. He just finished college and is looking for an entry-level role that can offer him growth in the music industry. We're curious where to look for these jobs other than the obvious choices like Indeed/LinkedIn, and if there are any types of hiring agencies that can help recruit him for jobs. Would also love advice on what kind of entry-level titles to be looking for and which companies are known for hiring newer people trying to get their foot in the door. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
