Hi writers!

I entered the Bardsy First Chapters contest last month, got great feedback, and did my revision. Last week they sent out their finalist winners and while I did not make the cut, I did receive an email asking to meet with the editors for a 1-1 virtual chat.

This is super cool, but then I have gotten in my head. Bardsy does publish their own anthology, but that's the only type of publishing they do and they do not have agents. They do have classes for writers and workshops for writers. Are they meeting with me just to try and sell me a product? Are they trying to offer me a job? Are they hoping to refer me to an agent or publishing house?

Has anything like this happened to you? My meeting is at 6pm EST and I am just looking for some solid advice.
