Does this really work?
I love keeping an eye on changes/updates and trying to isolate one set of changes to see how it affects rankings.
This is a pretty quick bump up in market share...
For a large volume, competitive term in a major city (Fort Worth, TX).
For NDA reasons I can't provide the search term, niche, company info, etc.
BUT, check this out... the only major change my team has made for this client in the past week...
Is adding SAs and BPs pointing to the SAs/SILO as well as a YouTube video.
And, BOOM.
8% market share to 58% market share in FIVE days.
The client did go from 1 to 3 reviews in this timeframe...
But, most of the top players have 30-60 reviews...
So, while the reviews may have helped...
I don't believe it was as impactful as the thematic content updates above.
